The Living Mountain Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* - we can accept returns via post or in store (*UK customers only) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, including swing tags and any original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to send return your items to us yourself, please contact us. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns when:
• Clothes have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed or are smelling of aftershave or smoke etc.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear, unless faulty.
All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back at our shop.
Once your return has arrived back with us it will be processed within two business days of receipt and we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm completion. During peak periods such as Christmas please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event you have a faulty item, or if there has been an error with your order, please email us at hello@thelivingmountain.co.uk before making your return. Additionally many of our brands offer warranties so please contact the relevant channels or you can contact us and we will help the best we can.
